Well, in most cases men are more attracted to pregnant women and would rather have sex with there spouse pregnant then not pregnant. The vaginal area is much warmer and more round and thick! Some men however, cannot get or stay excited because of the baby and them thinking that they are some how hurting the baby. This is not true, infact you are helping your spouse by having sex with her. Most OBG/YN will tell you to have sex as much as possible before labor.
